Are you a driven and skilled NOC Technician? With us, you will be responsible for monitoring our client's network infrastructure and ensuring high performance and security.

Job Responsibilities:

As a NOC Technician, you will play a central role in monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting the network infrastructure. Your main responsibilities include:

• Continuous monitoring of network performance and functionality.
• Real-time identification and troubleshooting of network-related issues.
• Providing technical support and escalating issues as needed.
• Accurate documentation of network incidents and solutions.
• Collaboration with other NOC technicians and IT specialists to resolve complex issues.

You will work in a stimulating environment with exciting technology projects and opportunities to grow in your career.

You probably have:

• An education in networking.
• Experience working in a Network Operations Center or similar technical support area.
• Good knowledge of network protocols, routing, and switching.
• Skills in network monitoring tools and software.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

You are probably:

• Solution-oriented - taking initiative and proposing solutions to move forward in your work.
• Collaborative and communicative - skilled at building and maintaining customer relationships while working well with colleagues in the team.
• Structured - able to plan and organize your work in a careful and structured manner.
